Principal's Message

Welcome to McKinley Elementary School, the largest of San Gabriel Unified School District's five elementary schools.  We are committed to ensuring academic excellence in a nurturing, child centered environment.

 

McKinley has a team of dedicated staff members who work hard at helping all children learn and succeed.  We have high expectations for ourselves, and in turn set high expectations for our students in a caring, compassionate manner.  We also work in partnership with our parents and community to provide a full, rich educational experience for all children.

 

McKinley is proud of its rich historical background as well as the cultural diversity that our students bring with them.  We are committed to empowering our students for future success by promoting student self-worth, appreciation of cultural diversity, social responsibility, and a life-long love for learning.
